Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a common term these days and some say too many kids are diagnosed and medicated unnecessarily. Is ADHD real and if so, are there ways to deal with it without medications. What other diagnosis might mimic the symptoms of ADHD and how can parents, teachers and others assist those with ADHD to better function in life.
There are many “tools” that are available to assist children and adults with ADHD and we will offer many of them here as part of our services to our clients/students.
I have been a Licensed Counselor for nearly 30 years and I am an expert on ADHD, mainly because I have lived with it my whole life. From hearing the stories of uncontrollable energy at 2 years old to the chronic loss of keys, cell phones, glasses and anything else that people look for in their lives, my survival has been my conscious decision to take a humorous approach to coping with the challenges of ADHD. I guarantee that if you take the time to hear my story it will give you HOPE for whatever journey you are on.
Here is a short video clip on my journey that I have written about in my book “Ditzy Blonde Faucet it’s a God Thing” I would love to come to your school, business, event or conference to share what YOU can do to offer HOPE to those of us who are “differently abled”

COACHING
In the process of trying to reach others with her story, Linda met Dr. Kari Miller, a licensed Educational Psychologist and ADHD coach. Linda and Dr. Miller have done numerous collaborative events together and Dr. Miller will be a great asset to those who are accessing these resources. The first thing Linda did was to have Dr. Miller as a guest on her “Faucet of HOPE Show.” You can see that video here.
Dr. Miller has been helping Linda learn new tools to deal with ADHD for a couple of years now and Linda wanted to share that valuable information with others so we continue to collaborate.
