Affiliate marketing has become the foundation of the success of countless businesses. Had I not seen it in 
operation I never would have “bought into” the idea of giving away this much money to others but it works and here is why;
If you are wondering about a restaurant and you read a promo in the paper but then get a friend say you should definitely go…who are you going to believe?? Yea I thought so…. me too!
If you appreciate that restaurant, or service, or book, or training you are happy to tell people about it because it is human nature to want to have those we care about experience the good things that we enjoy and also, on the flip side, warn them about things that aren’t so good. So it is only logical that we try to get our supporters to spread the word about whatever product or service we offer.
It works well but if you are like me, you are even more motivated when you get perks like a discount or a free burger or something for sending someone toward a business that you enjoy.
Now what if that employer offered you 30% of everything any of your referrals bought at their place of business….WHAT??? Are you SERIOUS??? Well now that is way more motivating…heck, I’d be knocking on doors telling people about the deals at my favorite places.
Well that’s what a lot of us are doing. I learned about it from the many coaches out there that are driven by their desire to help others live their dreams. They are so motivated to help others that they pay them nicely to do it. A business has to pay for marketing anyway, so why not pay people who believe in what you are doing?
So if you believe that all people should have an opportunity to live their dreams, be supported at work, not suffer discrimination, not have to work under constant stress, pressure and fear and that everyone should be treated like the unique invaluable creations they are, then please jump on board with my “Creating Thriving and Profitable (and Mental Health Friendly) Workplaces !!
