Since 1976 when I hit my bottom and was going to commit suicide I have been leaving a legacy. Some good, some bad but my mission is to use all the bad things that I have been through to offer a legacy of HOPE to those who are thirsting for change.
Sometimes the change is our own behavior, sometimes it is the feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, anger, fear, and sadness. Sometimes it is the thinking that we will never amount to anything, that our life is too messed up and it is too late to turn back the clock and start over to change it.
Sometimes we have been a victim of bad things that have happened to us that we had no control over. Sometimes we were caught up in addiction or were born with physical, cognitive or mental health illnesses that have made life challenging.
Perhaps we feel we have tried everything to make the change and nothing is working. Well, I have a solution that has proven to be effective, life-giving, and has turned my life around to such a point that I went from a hopeless alcoholic, addict, divorced, dumb blonde airhead that had done so many unspeakable things that I felt there was no point in going on. But now, I have a master’s degree with 30 years of experience helping people make the changes that I have made.
I received the Red Cross Community Hero and the Athena Award Trophies sitting on my mantle and a plaque from the Governor of Wisconsin and a framed letter from him and the Secretary of the Department of Workforce Development hanging on my wall. How did that happen??? It’s simple…sign up for my free coaching sessions or membership program and get the help you need to make the change. Hope Coaching
